Job Duties: 

·       Direct marketing and branding for Myth Szechuan Cuisine and its coordinated marketing services for the two affiliated Myth businesses.

·       Develop and evaluate strategies to strengthen brand recognition and increase dine-in, takeout and delivery sales.

·       Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources and assess campaign performance.

·       Lead market research to guide customer targeting, brand positioning, menu development and promotions.

·       Develop promotional partnerships and sales channels with local businesses, community organizations and delivery platforms.

·       Direct advertising, media relations, events and shared membership campaigns to attract and retain customers.

·       Oversee website development, online ordering and digital membership features with external service providers.

·       Coordinate creative and restaurant teams to manage social media, online communications and consistent brand standards.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communication or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a managerial role is required.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or consumer brand marketing is an asset.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, market research and customer loyalty and promotion programs.
• Ability to manage marketing for multiple brands and evaluate campaign performance.
