WE'RE HIRING: 2 REGULATED CANADIAN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS (RCICs)

Are you an entrepreneurial RCIC who creates opportunities rather than waits for them?

ICL Immigration Inc. | 2 Exclusive Associate Positions | Independent Contractors | Performance-Based Compensation

After more than 15 years in Canadian immigration consulting, ICL Immigration Inc. is expanding its professional team.

We are seeking two ambitious, experienced and business-minded RCICs to join our organization as Exclusive Professional Associates, with a focus on the South African and Indian immigration markets.

We are not looking for consultants who sit around waiting for files to land on their desks.

We want proactive professionals who take initiative, build relationships, develop clientele and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our business.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

1. RCIC – South African Market

Preference given to professionals with extensive experience serving South African clients, established networks, familiarity with the market and an understanding of its unique immigration needs. Afrikaans proficiency is an advantage.

2. RCIC – Indian Market

Preference given to professionals with extensive experience serving Indian clients, strong market knowledge, professional networks and a demonstrated ability to develop business within this market.

Both positions are market-focused, not nationality-based. Qualified applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.

Comfortable engaging publicly through Facebook groups, social media, professional networks and our free immigration assessment channels.
Willing to share their expertise by providing brief, constructive guidance to prospective clients.
Meticulous about compliance, accuracy, case management and deadlines.
Excellent communicators with strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative, forward-thinking and willing to contribute to team development, knowledge sharing and innovation.
Accountable for their performance, professional responsibilities and business development efforts.

You must hold an active RCIC licence in good standing with the CICC and possess the professional competence to independently manage immigration matters.

THE ASSOCIATION These are 100% independent contractor opportunities under an Exclusive Immigration Consultant Associate Agreement. Immigration consulting services must be provided exclusively through ICL. Compensation is performance-based, through a professional revenue-sharing arrangement. Associates may develop their own clientele while benefiting from ICL's established business channels. No guaranteed salary, client volume or minimum income is provided. Associates retain their independent professional judgment and regulatory responsibilities. Commercial accountability matters. ICL invests in the infrastructure and resources supporting every associate. Consistent participation, business development and revenue generation are therefore essential. Associates who fail to meet minimum performance expectations over three consecutive months may be subject to a formal review, potentially resulting in termination of the association in accordance with the agreement.
