Security Guard Professional

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to protect our clients property, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through vigilant surveillance, enforcing security protocols, and responding promptly to incidents. This role requires a professional with a strong sense of integrity, excellent observation skills, documentation, reporting, winter driving experience for mobile patrols and the ability to handle various security situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors and employees.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, including medical emergencies or security threats.
• Document all security activities and incidents accurately in reports for record-keeping and further action.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to address security issues.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities.
• Maintain a professional presence at all times to deter unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and communication devices.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security protocols is advantageous.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring environments.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
