3. **Broker Marketing**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, present product offerings, negotiate terms, and gather market intelligence for strategic insights.
4. **Binder Management**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in binder activities, oversee binder processes, and coordinate with auditors to maintain accuracy.
5. **PolicyWorks Oversight**: Lead the implementation and optimization of PolicyWorks, ensuring accurate data entry and consistency across systems while training staff on system updates.
6. **Reporting**: Deliver insightful data and reports to support strategy and operations, ensuring data integrity across reporting platforms.
